Peter Leyshan
The Macau Racing Club would like to welcome MRC’s newest trainer Peter Leyshan, his wife and assitant trainer Michele and his supporting team at MJC. Peter will be training The Gangster syndicate and The Rebel syndicate.
Peter currently lies joint 6th on the championship table and had accumulated HK$10.1 million in prize money. He trains well know horses like Jazza Bell, Dr Zhivago & Goldson. Well known former champion from Queensland and Sydney Peter has over 20+ yrs in the world of horse racing.

Callisto Kid ran another good race to take 1st spot for the syndicate over the 1500M turf track this Saturday. Another patient ride by Silvera who has now given MRC two winners in 2 weeks for the club. Callisto Kid is bred out of Galileo and clearly likes too go long winning over 1800M & 1500M both on the good and soft ground.
Not overly big horse but has a heart and some grit and is slowly understanding how to win at the MJC. Still a bit of a baby mentally but all the syndicate members confident he will be a better race horse at 5 than he was at 4 yrs old. ” He is a hard one to figure out The Kid but he is slowly rising the rating at 56.

The Macau Racing Club pleased to announce that Kings Cross one if its portfolio horses trained by Geoff Allendorf won in fine fashion on the 2nd May 2010 over the 1400M turf track. Kings Cross had everything in his favour good draw, perfect ground, step up in distance and most importantly a well timed and riden race by Ruben Silvera.
” Its about time he won, he has been awfully unlucky in his runs and I have always had faith in the horse since I bought him as a 2 yr old from UK. He is a honest, gritty old timer and has traveled the globe from UK, HK, Australia and his final home Macau. We hope for further wins from Kings Cross he has the class all we need now is abit of luck with the running of the races” Comments Racing Manager James Carstairs
A big thanks for the team with Geoff Allendorf, Tony Ives, Yap, Chocolate and all the other work riders and people who look after the horse. Also ofcourse to the jockey who ran a perfect race Ruben Silvera and his manager Miguel thanks guys!!.
