The Gangster a former Gai Waterhouse and is sired out of new and upcoming Untouchable, a sire which is doing very well in Macau. The horse is well put together standing at 16 hands and weighing over 500kg. Hand picked by the trainer who mentioned he is good value and a good type will get 1200M-1800M. The Gangster has broken his maiden status and won convincingly when he won on the 18th October 2009 in The ICBC (Macau) Trophy, Race 6. Champion jockey Manuel Nunes rode a superb race and lead from start to finish and clocked class record of 1.23.7 on the good going on the turf track.

The Gangster has had a good season having won once and come 2nd 4 times and has accumulated HK$387,875. He is now rated 59 and has recently turned 5 yrs old. Like stable mate Callisto Kid, The Gangster has had some issues with his knees last start and on the advise of the vet department the horse recently had a chip removed from his knee. He will be out for at least 3 months and will be back for next season 2010-2011.
